Landhotel Magdalenenhof GbR

Breakfast was a highlight, with a superb buffet and something for everyone. There was a fully automatic coffee machine and more than ten kinds of honey, as well as muesli, white sausages, egg dishes, and more. Scrambled or fried eggs could also be made on request. Even if you’d only booked breakfast, guests were given a dinner menu suggestion they could choose to add. We stayed seven nights and were delighted. The hotel is beautifully furnished, the rooms are very well furnished, and everything was clean. There’s a sauna, a pool, and parking on site. The owner and employees were extremely polite, courteous, and always helpful. We’d highly recommend it and would definitely return. All the best to everyone!

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a fully automatic coffee machine, more than ten kinds of honey, muesli, white sausages, egg dishes, and plenty more. The staff were outstanding, exceptionally friendly, and attentive throughout. This is a wonderful family hotel on the outskirts of Zwiesel, with something for everyone looking for a break, a bit of relaxation, or a few restful days. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony, just right for a longer stay. The large indoor pool has a cosy atmosphere, and the wellness area includes a sauna, an infrared cabin, and a separate room to relax. Pure relaxation! An unequivocal recommendation for a family getaway in Zwiesel and the surrounding area.

The food was excellent, and the pool and sauna area were very clean. The staff were courteous, and the hotel was comfortably furnished. We were satisfied with the stay, which is well suited to a quiet weekend of hiking, lounging, strolling, or sightseeing. The room was okay, but an electrical regulator made an annoying clicking sound. The beds were hard and probably older, and parts of the living area floor were warped. The sauna could use a proper cooling-off area and more loungers, especially on weekends. The pool didn’t heat up until 3 pm.

We came for a weekend of sledding and found a beautiful, cozy family hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. We’d love to come back next year.
