I’ve stayed here twice on visits to Germany and would come back. It’s comfortable and clean, and the location is good, within walking distance of Zentrum. The woman in charge was very nice and polite. It’s not an elegant or lavish place, but it does the job. I especially appreciated the little kitchen setup in every room, with two electric burners for cooking.

The staff are helpful, and the hotel is basic. The tram stop is about a 10-minute walk away, with a direct ride to Frankfurt central station.

It’s clean and tidy, and the service is outstanding. The decor is a little dated, but it’s excellent value for money.

The owner was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was 36°C outside, and she even offered to get us a fan. The room was spacious, with a large TV and practical furnishings. There were thoughtful touches like a welcome card, a complimentary bottle of water, gummy bears on the pillows, two pillow sizes, soap and shower gel, and all the washing-up supplies. Coffee, tea, and biscuits were there too. The key box with a PIN we could choose was super convenient. We’d gladly return.
