Pension-Gästehaus Küblböck

We booked a holiday apartment but were given a double room instead. The pictures didn't show that the dining room was shared by all the rooms, and it was very noisy there. The bathroom also needs renovating. Breakfast was okay, and for the price, it was all right.

We came mainly for Sybillenbad spa, which is within walking distance. Our room was simple, clean, and suited us perfectly. Four rooms share a common room with a kitchen, so it works well for couples or bigger families. The hosts were very friendly, and the breakfast was generous and worth the extra €8. We stayed for three nights in relative quiet. As city dwellers, that felt almost unusual, but it was lovely.

It was so quiet here, and the hosts were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was generous and good. The room was small, though perfectly fine for a night, and everything was very clean apart from some limescale in the toilet.

We've come back every August for 14 years and have never had anything to complain about. The rooms are comfortable, with towels provided, and the prices are below average for the area. We always get a warm welcome and a plentiful breakfast, and they do their best to meet special requests. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.
