The apartment is clean, modern, and spacious, with two bedrooms in a quiet neighborhood. It sleeps seven easily. There are two large TVs with all channels, strong WiFi, and a rain showerhead. The kitchen has the usual appliances and utensils, including a toaster and microwave, plus a coffee maker with coffee pads supplied. Entry is by code. You can park right outside, or use the underground parking with keyless access if needed, probably only if hail is forecast. Having a car is recommended. It's a few kilometers from the Autobahn and 14 minutes from Rosenheim train station.

The owner was pleasant to deal with, and there's really nothing to complain about. The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped, in a lovely spot close to the Alps. Families with children should find it handy, with two beds in the children's room and a bunk bed. A supermarket is within walking distance. There are two separate large balconies or terraces, one with the Alps visible on the horizon. All the windows have electric blinds, entry is by code, and parking spaces are right below the windows. A well-earned 10 out of 10. Thank you.

The photos don't quite capture how beautifully furnished this modern apartment is. It's quiet and has everything you need. Check-in and check-out are fully digital, and the owners were quick to respond and extremely friendly. There's an electric car charger, dogs are no problem, and a bakery, butcher, and supermarket are just around the corner. Highly recommended!

We had no problems at all during our stay. This new, modern apartment is very well equipped and sits in a quiet location. There's parking in front of the house and a lovely big balcony. Lots of nice places to visit nearby. Thank you.
