Horizont deserves much of the credit for how successful this birthday party was. The hotel and restaurant handled our large group so well over the two days, with some guests staying overnight, many having breakfast there, and everyone using the outdoor area and party room. The party ran until the early hours. Our host brought a wild pig already prepared for the outdoor rotisserie, and family members baked cakes and cookies. The hotel and restaurant supplied other dishes, laid out in serving trays under a tent, and there was a drinks bar in the party room. We took home the bottles of alcohol, desserts, dishes, and grilled pig that were left. We were literally in hog heaven. The breakfast at Hotel & Restaurant Horizont the next morning was fabulous, and as a guest, I can say it was one of the most memorable events I've ever attended. My wife's relative in NeuBrandenburg arranged everything with the hotel for his 60th birthday and invited sixty people.

It was clean, but the sauna was closed. Breakfast was small, and you needed to get there early. They turned off my fridge while there was milk inside. I wouldn't recommend it.
