The owner wasn't especially friendly or welcoming, though the other staff were. The rooms are really nice.

I booked a room for one night and paid €100. The hotel sent an official booking confirmation, but when the guest arrived, they refused to check him in, saying the stay hadn't been paid and asking me for my card number again. He was left outside at night instead of being accommodated. This is completely unacceptable. They took my money, and I'm very dissatisfied with the hotel and its service. If you don't want to end up outside for the night, avoid this hotel.

The room and bathroom were both small, but clean and cozy. I slept very comfortably on the perfect mattress. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a generous range of choices. The patio and garden are lovely and well kept, and the city center is within walking distance.
