The setting was really romantic, and both the building and breakfast were stunning. The excellent products made breakfast a real experience. It's a real recommendation for relaxing. But the room's TV feels like a relic from those romantic times. I had no cell phone or Wi-Fi service, and that should be improved. In my opinion, the place is less suited to business travelers.

We were upgraded to the romantic hotel for our weekend stay and got the most beautiful room ever, right under the roof. Everything is very clean and lovingly furnished down to the details. There's lots of wood, with a rustic feel that isn't outdated. I'm sure the pilgrim's house is the same. The whole hotel is simply beautiful. It's extremely quiet, surrounded by nature and in the middle of nowhere. Fruit trees are all around, with a children's playground and a horse paddock. The outdoor pool is easy to get to and very clean. The food is divine, and the breakfast coffee is just perfect. The staff give fantastic service: attentive, considerate, polite, kind, and patient. Thanks so much for everything. It was absolutely wonderful, and we'd love to come back if we can. It is quite remote, which didn't bother us, but it's worth mentioning. There's no cell service at all here. Really none :-) Great for detoxing. It would be nice, and feasible, if the Wi-Fi reached the garden.

Dinner out in the garden was incredible, and the place itself is beautifully kept, with so much care in the details. We booked that same evening over the phone and were welcomed warmly at reception. Check-in was easy, the room was spacious and clean, and the service throughout was incredibly attentive. Before breakfast we headed straight to the heated outdoor pool, right beside the natural pond. We only appreciated how large the main building was when walking over there, since as guests we were looked after so attentively. Breakfast was lovely, and we got a warm goodbye before leaving very happy. A real find for a night or two. Dogs are welcome everywhere! 🤩👌🏼😘💓👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🍀🍀🍀💙💙💙

The food was divine, and we had another lovely girls' weekend there. Such a nice place.
