Ferienhaus Windspiel

The best part of the house is how close everything is: the bakery, beach, playgrounds, park, harbor, and restaurants are easy to reach on foot, yet the neighborhood stays quiet. We also liked the spacious covered outdoor area, beach chair, and garden, which gave us room to relax and barbecue. The house itself is clearly from the 1970s or 1980s, inside and out. The windows seem to be the only major update, and PVC flooring has been laid over the old floor in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is worn and several things need attention, including the drains, heating, hot water, and dishwasher. There was a slightly musty smell, and the general cleanliness wasn’t good enough for us to feel fully comfortable during our week. We think the otherwise well-located holiday home needs renovation to become a cozy place to stay. Communication with "Rudek Vermietungs-Service" was excellent and understanding both before and during the visit. They contacted the homeowners right away and sorted out the issues we’d raised.

We found the holiday home clean, with stylish, well-kept furnishings. It’s a lovely quiet place, and the location is convenient, especially for the harbor and Edeka. The supermarket was even open on Sunday.
