Haus am Meer is about 300 meters from the beach, 200 meters from the bus stop, and 250 meters from the swimming pool. Mrs. Landmann gave us such a warm, friendly welcome. Our bright first-floor room was very clean, spacious, and lovingly furnished, with a third bed and a little balcony with a table, two chairs, cushions, and a parasol. We could leave our bicycles in the shed. The mattresses were great and the duvets lovely and thick. Drinks were available in the hallway fridge on an honor system. Breakfast had everything we could want: when we ordered eggs, they asked whether we'd like fried or scrambled, and served delicious soft-boiled eggs in a warm basket. We'd love to stay at Haus am Meer again.

The hostess was always attentive to guests, and the warm, family feel made our holiday even more enjoyable. I felt very comfortable in this lovely hotel. My room was tastefully decorated, breakfast had something for everyone, and the dike and harbor were only a few minutes away. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. 🥰

The garden was my favorite spot, so peaceful and made for relaxing. The hotel sits on a quiet side street by the sea, but getting around is still quick and easy. It's a small family-run place, with welcoming hosts and breakfast made to suit you, including eggs scrambled or fried fresh. Please don't change a thing!

The breakfast was so good, and I felt comfortable throughout my week at the house by the sea. My room was lovely too. I'll definitely come back.
