The staff were really attentive. They even provided safety grab handles and a shower stool, and the room was big enough for me to do doughnuts in my wheelchair if I wanted. The private little garden was gorgeous, with a table and two chairs and a sun lounger, though the weather wasn’t good enough to try the lounger. Breakfast was cooked perfectly, with eggs and bacon for the hot options and plenty of continental food. The room was absolutely stunning. We stayed twice in two weeks. I only wish there were evening food and a bar, but that won’t stop us coming back. Thank you for making my first stay abroad since I’d been ill so wonderful and stress-free 🩷

The staff were the best part, friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was excellent and had lots of delicious options. Our room was very spacious and spotless, with large, super comfortable beds that made for restful nights. The bathroom was big and well-equipped, and we loved the beautiful yard with its grill for spending time outside. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at hotel Hildebrandt's. Highly recommended!

The shower being part of the room made things really humid afterwards, which was a little strange. Still, everything else was great, and the daytime staff were friendly. Best hotel breakfast we've ever had.

The water feature outside at the back kept me awake, which was the one thing I didn't like. Otherwise, the service was good and breakfast was lovely. A modern hotel in Neumünster that I'd highly recommend.
