motel am Outletcenter

The room was clean, but there wasn't even a plate or spoon. On 13 January the radiator was cold at 7 pm, so I called and they switched the heating on for three hours. By midnight I was awake from the cold, and the radiator had gone cold again. I’ll sleep in the car. I paid for two days and will get the money back tomorrow. This is nowhere near what was promised.

There’s no room service, reception, or internet, and it feels overpriced for what you get. I called the helpdesk to ask for the Wi-Fi code. They said it would be behind the door, but there was nothing there on our room door. The person I spoke with said they didn’t know the password. When I said I’d complain to booking com, he replied that it wouldn’t matter if Wi-Fi wasn’t listed on the voucher. Nothing here.

There’s a small restaurant on the first floor, and you can choose between a single or double bed. It’s a nice place for a short stay, though traffic noise still gets through even with the window closed.

The room had what I needed for an overnight stay, and the staff were understanding and flexible.
