I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the last several years, and it’s never let me down. The staff are attentive to guests and the customer service is excellent. It feels like home, and getting around is easy: the mall and train station are both about a five-minute walk away. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the Düsseldorf/ Neuss area.

Trying to book a room left a really bad impression. Late at night, Booking.com showed one for €75, but reception quoted us €200 for what appeared to be the same room. Right after that call, we went back to finish booking online and found the hotel had closed reservations on Booking.com. That felt deeply unfair and showed little consideration for guests. It’s not the kind of hospitality you’d hope for.

The staff were GREAT, the room was perfect, and breakfast was lovely. It was the best night of our trip through 5 countries. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m back in Neuss.

We had a good stay, with helpful staff and a manager who was a Leicester fan. The room was very spacious, the bed was good, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast had a good range of choices, too. My only gripe was that the TV had no English channels.

I emailed specifically to check whether a late-night arrival was possible, and they said it was. Then, at the last minute, they told me it wasn’t. By then it was too late to book another hotel, so at 04.30 I had to drive home for 4 hours while exhausted.
