My stay was affected by a few issues. The room had a strong cigarette smell throughout, which was unpleasant, and the carpet looked dirty and poorly cared for. Breakfast had very limited options and little variety.

The room was very clean, but there was a constant odd smell, maybe mold. The radiator kept making loud noises, and the two mirrors facing each other gave it bad Feng Shui.

I really enjoyed my holiday and would happily come back. The place is lovely and right in the city centre, with a quiet, pleasant location. The woman at reception was friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. There was a discount voucher in the room, so I spent some time relaxing in the cafe in the same building. The Danish and fresh orange juice made my day, and I was able to work on my laptop there too.

It's a very old hotel, though the rooms were really clean.

I had a really good stay and left very happy. The reception team were especially friendly, and Dima at the front desk was kind and went out of his way to help.
