The rooms are nice, the food is good, and the team is really friendly. The hotel connects directly to SnowWorld, and the whole place has that ski resort feel, even though you're still in central Germany. The indoor ski and snow venue is huge and very well done. Great for a night or two, and I'd definitely come back. Thanks to the staff, they did a great job.

The rooms are roomy and comfortable. Fire & Ice in Düsseldorf/Neuss has a fun icy atmosphere because it's right by the indoor ski slope and snow facilities. Amateurs and pros can enjoy winter sports there all year, even when there's no snow outside.

I'm from Canada and stayed here for my company's annual convention. The rooms were clean, the food was excellent, and the staff were great. It's a bit secluded location-wise, but the amenities are excellent. A very nice place.

For a four-star hotel, I found it disappointing that nobody could arrange a kids' bed in my „Premiumzimmer Plus“. I asked at 3:45 pm, with check-in not until 8 pm, but was told the cleaning staff had already left. Surely someone else on staff could have helped with this? I find it hard to accept such poor hospitality service.

I was there for my son's ski camp. The WiFi was so bad that working from the hotel meant connecting through my phone. I'd have been furious if I'd booked it for a conference.
