We felt right at home in the modern, practical apartment, and the view of Altwied Castle was lovely. Our hosts gave us such a warm welcome and were very friendly. The hostess's steakhouse is right downstairs, which was handy, and both the steaks and the very friendly service were great. We'd happily come back.

We had a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs, so it was easy to eat without going far. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean. Great place.

We didn't stay in the beautiful main place. We were in the annex and only went there for a meal.
