The cigarette smell is everywhere. After a couple of hours, even my clothes smelled like they had been around heavy smokers. The rooms weren't clean, and the bathrooms were completely covered in mold. There was no one waiting at reception, and the hotel didn't feel secure. If you care about safety and a clean environment, stay away.

The parking is behind the hotel, which was handy, and the price felt fair for what you get. It's a decent place for two or three nights, clean and tidy, though basic. The beds might be a bit too soft for me, but that's personal taste. Breakfast wasn't anything special. The restaurant smelled really good, but I didn't try it.

The staff were friendly, and the boss was really helpful. We had a great stay in the lovely Vulcanic Eifel region, with great food, though it was à la carte only. No complaints at all. I'll most likely come back.

A quiet setting, reasonable prices, and good room service.

The room was big, clean, and really nice. Breakfast was a good continental one, and there was plenty of parking.
