Sunshine Apartment Nr. 2

The terrace looks out over gorgeous greenery, and the house itself is spacious and clean, which sadly isn't always a given. We spent our summer holiday there in August and felt very comfortable. Everything went smoothly, from collecting and returning the keys to getting quick, very friendly help whenever we had a question. We'd gladly come back and can recommend it.

Mrs. Reinemer is such a lovely host. The apartments are nicely furnished, clean, and roomy enough for everyone, so we felt at home straight away. We'll happily come back whenever we're in the area. Thank you so much 😊

The deposit and extra charges were a major problem. The landlady wouldn't return the deposit and billed us for things we hadn't used, including six loads of laundry for just one sheet and pillow. Electricity was meant to come out of the deposit, but although the meter was read when we left, the bill only arrived six weeks later. The apartment was already dirty when we got there. The couch was covered in sand, and the solarium was unhygienic. The landlady was extremely unfriendly and showed no interest in our concerns. The internet wasn't working on arrival, apparently because the bills hadn't been paid. The entrance doors and windows leaked, and the interior door locks locked themselves. There seems to be too little money for maintenance, which fits with the unpaid internet bills. Even the neighbors complained about the landlady and called her deceitful and unfriendly. Our stay was a hygiene and organization disaster. I strongly advise against booking Sunshine Apartments Nidda, Property Playa Flamenga Seren.

The owner comes into your room every day while you're out, and the hotel is dirty. They don't clean at all. Just awful, definitely zero stars!
