Hotel Krone

We only needed somewhere affordable to sleep between a late arrival and an early departure, so the price suited us. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we slept so well. The room felt old-fashioned, though the bathroom had been newly renovated. I'd recommend staying here 100%.

After a long bike ride from Aalen, we arrived late, in the dark, and the staff took care of everything. He helped park all our bikes in the garage, carried our bags up to the room, and even cooked for us despite the late hour. The food was delicious, and there was so much that you'll be double full! We were lucky to get the newly wedded couple's room. It was beautiful and spacious, with a huge bathroom, and so clean it felt like you could eat off the floor. Breakfast was great too, and the morning staff were just as friendly. I've never come across staff this welcoming in Germany.

The pillows had barely any stuffing, so they were flat and I had to fold mine in half to get some volume. The rooms themselves were alright. Breakfast was good, with delicious food and lovely tables at the front. A great spot for a one-night stay.

We stayed here with the family in July, and it was a real find. The owner and staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and nice. It's close to Legoland. We recommend it.
