Cottage Rheingau Hotel

The room itself was more than adequate, and the night duty phone service was quick to respond and helpful. The place was exceptionally clean and well run, as others have mentioned. I was given an antique room with a charmingly cramped feel, though it offered little privacy and not much sound separation from the two other sections joined closely to it. Given that, the price felt a bit high.

Just be careful about parking if you arrive late at night. Otherwise, it’s a very cosy, comfortable place, with an interior that mixes old character and modern touches. I’d highly recommend it.

Quiet, clean, and full of old-fashioned charm.

The old town location is handy, since you can walk to just about everything. Parking takes a little flexibility during the week. Breakfast was good, although it stayed the same throughout our four-night visit. The room was pretty average. The bed was good, but the wardrobe wasn’t very practical, the bathroom could use an update, and the internet, Wi-Fi included, was poor. Room service was basic.
