The restaurant really stood out. The plates looked like something from a Michelin-starred fine dining place, the sea bass was fantastic, and the chocolate mousse was a show stopper. The staff were super friendly, and our room had a barn loft feel and was bigger than most we’ve stayed in. It’s a lovely little hotel off the beaten path, with little details that made it one of the best rests on our trip.

Our children loved seeing the animals, and dinner was delicious. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful.

There are chickens, goats, pigs and other small animals for children. Our room was bright, clean and big, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. It’s a lovely small farm hotel in beautiful countryside, with very friendly and helpful staff.

A lovely neighbourhood, and the restaurant and breakfast were especially good. The old blacksmith building has been nicely renovated, though it took many years. It’s about three hours from Rostock and nine from Austria, making it a great overnight stop for travellers in either direction.

We stopped here with our kids on the way to Poland. The staff were very friendly, the food was really great, and there’s a lovely garden with lots of animals for the children to play with. The rooms were clean, though some weren’t modern. One suggestion: air conditioning in the top-floor rooms, since it was very warm there in midsummer.
