After a day on the road, this meal made our day. The staff were just as lovely as the food. We had spinach cheese dumplings and deer, both nicely balanced and surprisingly light. The portions are generous, so the starter-size dumplings were plenty for us. Big recommendation.

A colleague pointed me to this family hotel and was right to do so. The staff are so friendly, the restaurant is excellent, and the food is delicious. Their home-brewed beer is great too. I'd happily recommend it.

The food was okay and the servers were friendly, but the room was disgusting. There was pubic hair on the bed, and although I asked the staff to change the sheets, nothing had been done after dinner. The beds are old and worn out with no support, and I found used cotton buds from a previous guest in the bin. I can't understand the hotel's high rating.

Modern rooms and a personal feel from this family run place. The brewery, hotel, and restaurant are all great, with authentic local food and a broad, changing range of craft beers.

I stayed here just once, so these are only my impressions. The rooms are nice, with enough space to live comfortably for a few days, and the bathrooms feel comfortable and aren't cramped. It's a decent place. I don't usually recommend hotels, so I'll leave it at that. Maybe this will help you decide whether to try it yourself.
