Haus "Zur Düne"

We’ve been here for two weeks and everything has been just right. The apartment is clean, in good shape, and has everything you need. There’s plenty of room, it’s peaceful, and the modern house still feels cozy. We’re also well placed for both town and beach. I haven’t slept this well in ages. I was recommended Haus zur Düne myself, and I’m glad to pass that recommendation along. A lovely place to unwind on holiday.

Set back from the road, the house still has partial views of the beautiful dunes on the island. The owners are friendly and easy to deal with, and I’d happily stay again. The holiday apartments in Norddorf on Amrum are tastefully furnished and practical, too.

Dünemruus was even better than we’d hoped. We had breakfast on the little balcony in the lovely warm weather, and the kitchen had plenty of equipment. Shops and restaurants are easy to reach on foot, as are the dunes and sandy beach, about a 5- to 15-minute walk away. The house is on a very quiet residential street. A couple of things to keep in mind: the apartment is on the first floor and there’s no elevator, and the bathroom is tiny, just under 3 square meters. The internet was unreliable at times, though it didn’t cause us trouble since we had other ways to get online.

We’ve been back again and will come back again. It was a wonderful holiday, and everything worked out perfectly. This was already our second stay, and we’ve been very happy each time. The house is in a fantastic spot, close to Norddorf beach and the striking dunes. The apartment is well equipped, and the owners are really friendly.
