The beds were comfortable, breakfast had a lot of choice, and the SPA area was amazing. The hotel itself looks new, has a great location, and may well be the best on the island. What let the stay down was the staff, from reception and the restaurant through to management. We've never experienced hospitality this bad in any country. If you stay here, try to interact with the staff as little as possible.

A good place to stay for a holiday on this beautiful island. Everyone was polite and friendly, from reception through to the dining staff.

The price didn't feel like good value for what we got.

As external guests, we joined the “New Year's Eve Kitchen Party” and had a really lovely evening. The owner herself was there and stayed positive throughout. The cheerful, relaxed atmosphere and the traditional “Hulken,” a local custom, made it special even for us non-Amrum residents. The buffet and cooking-station setup worked perfectly, the staff were friendly and professional, and the food and wines were excellent. We'd love to come back for New Year's Eve at Seeblick!
