8/10
The rooms were clean and pleasant, with balconies, and the bathrooms were nice too. The showerhead could be bigger, though. Water pressure was good, but the head itself was really small. Friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet, too.

The location is great, and the staff have always made it easy to get help. I've admired their support since 2009, and whenever I'm in Norden, this is still my first choice. Simply the best hotel in town.

Quiet, clean hotel with friendly staff and excellent WiFi. It works really well for business.

The rooms have a minibar and TV, plus free WiFi and a modern bathroom.

The rooms are okay, and the TV only has German channels. That's about it.
