The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating, and the restaurant food was delicious. The hotel also has a lot to offer, including a sauna, spa, wellness facilities, and pools, so it felt worth the price. We’d definitely recommend it. Getting around was easy too. It’s close to Bahnhof Mole and the Ferry Station, and easy to find if it’s your first time in Norddeich. The Tender Bar has a good range of drinks at good prices.

The rooms are good, and the hotel has a clean, fresh interior, but the price is too steep: over 340 euros for one night, without breakfast. Breakfast is advertised at 16.50 euros, but it actually costs 27. It’s nice, but nowhere near worth that much. Add some staff who were rude in a “that’s not my problem” kind of way, and you get the rating above. I’d stay again if it were about 100 euros cheaper, but I’d skip breakfast.

We had a lovely room with a sea view and a sofa to relax on. The breakfast buffet was superb, and the cappuccino was first class. There’s also a small but adequate sauna area, with an infinity pool on the 6th floor. Highly recommend it for a short wellness break if you want some sea air.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a great spot. The sauna area was quaint but nice. One thing did take away a star: they still serve drinks with plastic straws. There are plenty of alternatives now, please!

Great break fast, and the rooms were cozy, spacious, and very nice. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the Spa on the 7th floor has an awesome view. For anyone traveling for business, later check-in times would be nice.
