Everything was close by, with shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés all within a five-minute walk. The apartment itself was modern, well equipped, and surprisingly quiet, with easy keyless entry and a lift. Parking is free from 2 p.m. Saturday through Sunday.

We didn't have Wi-Fi one evening. The room itself was clean and practical, with a spacious bathroom and a kitchenette that had everything we needed. The hotel is central in Chemnitz and convenient for public transport, with Rewe in the building and Aldi on the Wall. Parking takes some planning. We used the underground garage at the "Roter Turm" shopping center, open around the clock, with a daily maximum of €8 and a night entrance. On arrival after dark, the combination lock wasn't lit and was hard to spot until we looked closely. It's to the left of the illuminated doorbell.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom well equipped, and the small kitchenette had enough utensils. The room was tasteful, practical, modern, and had good blackout curtains and soundproof windows, though with this location those weren't really needed. It's right beside the city center. Without support on site, it helps that Nomad Deli, Michaelis Kaffeehaus, and Bistrot la Bouchee are all within a five-minute walk for breakfast. Parking is tricky: on arrival, the REWE underground garage allows 1.5 hours, while free spaces are about a ten-minute walk away at Reichsstraße corner of Zwickauer Straße or Hohe Straße near the regional court, depending on availability. I'd choose this accommodation again and recommend it.

Check-in was easy, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and well laid out. A great hotel alternative in an excellent location. I'd stay again.
