There’s plenty of free parking, and getting checked in was easy. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with refrigerators. Restaurants and shops are an easy walk away, though the hotel sits a little outside the main town. The front desk isn’t staffed around the clock.

The food was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the generous, delicious breakfast. Nights were very quiet, and the staff were so kind. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

The service and breakfast were good, and the location was convenient. My room was clean, but there was a fried-food smell and it was noisy. I really missed having fresh air indoors without that cooking smell. The coffee wasn't tasty, restaurant prices felt too high, and the Wi-Fi was weak.

The front desk staff were superb, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Free parking in the basement garage was plentiful, and bike rental was only 8 euro/day. Breakfast was free and decent, though not amazing, especially if you don't like soft or hard boiled eggs. The rooms were clean and spacious. There isn't really a fitness center, but the desk clerk pointed me to EasyFitness Nordenham, which was fantastic. The hotel should partner with them. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was nothing special, and the service was slow and inattentive on a weeknight. I'm not sure why an earlier reviewer had a different impression of the staff; maybe his own attitude played a part. I may be spoiled by other hotel breakfasts.

The Bistro on the ground floor was good too. The rooms were clean and nicely sized, and all the town's amenities are within a five-minute walk. I was here for three business nights in Nordenham.
