The Lenzs, who own the hotel, were lovely and nearly always around to help. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice balcony, and breakfast was fantastic. It's also in a perfect spot for buses to nearby attractions, close to the railway station, and near various shops. Nothing bad to say about this lovely place, 5/5!

Everything was lovely: a comfortable room, good breakfast, and nice hosts. I did wish the pillow were better. Also, if you're as clumsy as I am, watch out for the bed-frame corners. I kept banging my leg on one by accident and ended up with bruises.

I've stayed here twice, and both times it was quiet and comfortable. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and breakfast was very good.

The room was okay, while the food and service were very good. Most of the staff were nice, and it's a family-run place. The ski bus is two minutes away. Skiing on the Jenner was good when it was operating, though wind caused some outages. Other nearby resorts include Götschen and Rossfeld, but I didn't find them as good.

I stayed five nights on my own, and the room and breakfast were perfect. This is a lovely b and b run by a very friendly, helpful family. Berchtesgaden is beautiful, and I plan to come back someday. If possible, I'd stay here again.
