The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and started at 7am. My room was simple, but very clean and comfortable. There was complimentary water in the room and tea and coffee by reception. The location is ideal between the train station and old town. Staff kept my luggage before check-in and gave me a guest mobility card at no charge so I could travel around for free. Thanks especially to Danylo, who replied promptly to my messages and helped me find a lost cable.

The breakfast buffet was pleasant, served in a room overlooking the valley. My room was quiet and comfortable. This charming hotel has an oldest section dating back to the 19th century and now consists of three connected buildings, with lots of corridors and stairs. I found the elevator to my room somewhere on the first floor.

We stayed for a few nights in June while vacationing in the mountains. The breakfast was included, delicious, and had lots to choose from. The cafeteria view was unforgettable. The location and scenery were simply magnificent, in a special part of Southern Bavaria that's great to explore. The employees were kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Great value for the money, and we'll visit again.

The evening receptionist was very helpful, and the hotel had a decent swimming pool and sauna. We had a balcony room with amazing views of the Berchtesgaden Alps. It's close to plenty of pubs and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Excellent location.

I've stayed here many times. The rooms have older furnishings, but they're always clean and cozy. It's close to the center, and the breakfast is excellent.
