Breakfast is available, and the place is really clean. A nice hotel at a good price.

We had a recently renovated economy double room, clean and spacious enough for a short break, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The central location is handy, with reception and breakfast next door at the Austernfischer. There are steps at the entrance without a ramp and no elevator, so it won't work for guests with physical disabilities. We're turning into Logierhaus fans: after Rosa Lena, we're staying here, and we've already booked our next visit at the Austernfischer.

Spotless rooms and just lovely throughout. In some ways it was even nicer and cleaner than any five-star hotel we've stayed in. Simply wonderful. Keep it up, we'll definitely return.

The apartment was just OK, nothing luxurious, during our two days on Norderney. Daniela at reception completely won us over, though. Her service and kindness are rare. We were trying to find a place for a celebration, and she immediately started looking by email and even used her personal contacts to help. We were so touched that we forgot about the small apartment. Thank you, and we'll be back 😘
