Haus Kleemann K4

We found the kitchen very well stocked, and the living and dining space could seat three adults comfortably. A soft blanket and gentler lighting would have made it cozier, though. Upstairs, the round table has to be pulled out for breakfast, leaving you with your back to the stairs, which isn't ideal. The Nespresso machine wasn't mentioned in the apartment description, and the promised welcome wine or champagne wasn't there either. We booked K4-Whg.B at short notice for four people and our little dog. It sits quietly beside a small wooded area, with the lovely beach and the Line 3 Nordbad stop just around the corner. While we were on the ferry to Norderney, I contacted the rental service Ilyes about picking up the keys. They were kind and helpful, and the handover was quick, smooth, and on time. The flat turned out to be a bit cramped for us, especially the bathroom. There was nowhere to dry towels after a shower, and splashing had made the bathroom door swell. We couldn't use the washer-dryer because there was no detergent or instruction manual. Both bedrooms have small open wardrobes, comfortable bedding, and TVs, but no bedside tables, and the pillows weren't comfortable. The upstairs TV was still on its factory settings, so finding a channel took patience. There was no Netflix or Smart TV, and its remote was broken. We used the bedroom remotes instead. :-) Apart from those issues, the apartment had everything we needed.

The furnishings are stylish but practical, and the location is great. A lovely place to spend a holiday.

A lovely apartment.

Fantastic!
