We spent six days at Pudelsand 2 and felt at home. The personal welcome and apartment handover were lovely, and Insular looked after us well throughout. The apartment had a living room, fireplace, kitchen, dining table, and a TV in every room. After three days, we were given fresh towels. Bicycles were available, and we could order a case of water before arriving. There was also a small food package and some coffee with a filter, so we didn't have to shop right away. Sadly, Insular won't be renting out the apartment in 2025. We would gladly have booked it again.

Our stay at Haus Pudelsand on Norderney was phenomenal, starting with a warm welcome and continuing with excellent service. The welcome breakfast basket and delicious bottle of Norderney beer alone made the trip worthwhile. Thanks for a wonderful time, we'd gladly return anytime.

Pudelsand feels like home to us, so we're definitely coming back. The Insular team and the warm welcome package in the fridge make the stay complete. We'll be back as long as they'll have us!

The welcome was friendly and personal, and the rooms were spacious and very well equipped with everyday things. They'd even put our names on the doorbell, and a breakfast basket was waiting in the fridge. We had a comfortable vacation and felt at home right away. We couldn't find the free nearby parking mentioned in the description, and the staff couldn't help us locate it either. That was a letdown, especially since parking added €5.50 per day to an already high rental price. Wi-Fi also didn't reach well throughout the living area. A repeater in the kitchen or dining room would probably help.
