The owners are always on hand and happy to answer questions. North Beach, the Surf Cafe, and the town center are only a few meters away. We had a great stay and would love to come back next year.

For what we paid, I expected better. The bathroom had rust and mold, as you can see in the photos, and the terrace was so cluttered that getting through it was difficult. The toaster was broken. They'd put another one in the cupboard but left the old one there too. There were two TVs, but hardly any channels we wanted, no RTL or ProSieben and lots of shopping channels. We contacted the landlord, who said it would be fixed, but it still hadn't been sorted out by the end of our stay. Customer service gets a five minus from me. We've learned our lesson.

I stayed for a week and the apartment was quite nice. The bathroom needs work, though. The shower is very small, and getting into it means stepping over a high corner, which doesn't seem suitable for older people.

It would be hard to find a more central spot, close to both the beach and town. The place is furnished with care and works well for two people.
