Shopping, the bus terminal, and the sea are all just a quick walk away, and the building has an elevator, which made getting to the third floor easy. We stayed in modern, stylish apartment 16 in the attic. But there was a really unpleasant smell that remained even after airing the place out thoroughly, and the bathroom smelled very musty too. The tap water looked yellowish. With all that, I can't recommend the apartment.

Everything else was fine, but we had to come back an hour after arriving because they were still cleaning. The bedroom on the left also gets quite noisy in the morning. It sounds like every delivery driver heads down Maybachstrasse without sticking to 30 km/h.
