The room was spotless and nicely put together when we arrived, and they welcomed us early. I really liked the decorations, and the people were fantastic, speaking both English and German. Breakfast was delicious, and parking at the hotel was free. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the U-Bahn and took us around 30-40 minutes to reach downtown Hamburg. Such a cute, welcoming place, it’s on our list to recommend.

The only snag was the shower draining very slowly. Otherwise, we had a really nice stay and I’d choose this place again if I came back to the area. It’s about 30 minutes by car from central Hamburg and a short, 10-minute walk from the U-Bahn. There’s parking on the property and a lift to the third floor. Our room was quaint and well prepared, and luckily it was ready early even though we arrived ahead of schedule. The breakfast was fantastic and we really enjoyed it.

I’d happily stay again. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had strong pressure with plenty of hot water. The room was cozy, clean, and fairly quiet, apart from those church bells. There’s parking, lots of amenities within walking distance, and the U-Bahn station is right around the corner for getting into Hamburg City Centre. The lobby is beautiful and a nice place to curl up with a book, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely little hotel in Neumünster.
