Having a carport and storage room was handy, and the place was wonderfully quiet. It’s quite isolated, though: the nearest town, with shops, a bakery, cafés, and restaurants, is about 4.5 km away, so none of those are walkable. Inside, the apartment was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, with comfortable high beds. It has everything you could want, including a sauna and wood-burning stove, and you can arrange to use a grill.

We ran out of time before seeing all the nearby places worth visiting, so we’d happily return. The apartment is close to the Kiel Canal, which made bike rides easy, and there are plenty of other places to explore in the area. Thanks to Andrea for a lovely vacation home. It was very clean and comfortably furnished, and we didn’t lack a thing.

From here, it’s easy to get out to both the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, and a short walk brings you to the Eider River and the Kiel Canal. The two holiday apartments/houses are furnished with care and have everything you might need. Mrs. Hagge was on hand with support and advice, and shared some tips for making the vacation go well. Thanks for such a lovely stay!

The sauna was our favorite part of the stay. The vacation apartment was really comfortable, and the landlady was very friendly. We had a great time and would gladly come back.

This was a great stay for us, and we’d love to come back. The accommodation is modern and furnished with care, and it also works well for families with small children. The owner provides a complete, worry-free package for a great price.
