The quiet, beautiful setting and great breakfast made our stays especially nice. We’ve been here twice already, and the friendly staff are another reason we’re eager to return. I love this place. Bergische Land ❤️❤️❤️

I left my watch in the room, but when I contacted the hotel, they confirmed they’d found it and sent it straight to me. It arrived packed perfectly. Many thanks to all the staff, they were so kind and professional. Just great, and I’ll definitely visit again ❤️

The hotel is quite large and sits in a quiet location. One sauna was out of service, though, and our room had a shower instead of the bath listed in the reservation. We picked this hotel partly because of that bath. It’s a shame a 4-star hotel couldn’t provide what it advertised. I’d recommend it, but not to someone expecting a 4-star stay with such a high rating.

The room was fine, the staff were nice, and the gym was good, but the restaurant was a nightmare. I ordered sushi and got a huge pile of cheap, oily food instead. It was overcooked and extremely fatty, tasting only of salt and cheap oil, with nothing in common with sushi. It looked as bad as it tasted and upset my stomach, then ruined the night’s sleep I really needed. I could have sent it back, but didn’t have the time or energy to wait for another meal. Sometimes you just want an honest meal and a good night’s sleep. At Parkhotel Nümbrecht, I got neither.

The staff were incredible, and I really can’t say enough good things about them. I spent 10 days here on a recent work trip; my room was spacious and comfortable, and I really enjoyed having a balcony. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent too.
