Nürburgring Congress Hotel

The Davidoff Cigar Lounge was a highlight in its own right. Our room had comfortable beds and a big balcony, and the garage underneath the hotel made parking easy. For location and amenities, it’s definitely the best hotel around here.

The location is great, and both the hotel and the rooms were clean. But those showers are open to the room, which is awkward if you’re sharing with a friend in separate beds. Who thought that was a good design idea? I also stayed three nights and didn’t see one smile from the staff. The managers and receptionists were extremely cold and frank with me, as if I should be grateful they were letting me stay. Afterward I filled in the survey and got a cookie-cutter email from the manager. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was tidy and very clean. Reception was friendly and helpful this time, and when I asked for two soft pillows, they brought them to my room promptly. Breakfast had a good selection too.

Our trip was completely ruined. We parked where the staff told us to, but the car was towed without any warning and cost €400 to get back. There were no clear signs, no explanation, and management took no accountability. I strongly advise against staying here. This feels like a deliberate trap to exploit guests, and the behavior is disgraceful. Stay somewhere else if you care about transparency, respect, and basic decency.
