Green Corner Nürburg

The setting was quiet and rustic, and I enjoyed the area. The rooms are very basic, though, and there was no coffee or milk in ours, which would've helped. I'm also not keen on memory foam, so I didn't sleep especially well. The shower mixer was frustrating, switching between cold and scalding.

I was mainly after somewhere to sleep, so the small room was fine. The location is excellent, only a few minutes from the nürburgring nordschleife. When the track is open you can hear cars, which is a plus if you're a gearhead, and you probably should be one to stay here. At night it's quiet, except for the grasshoppers if you leave the window open.

The beds and duvets were warm, clean, and comfortable, and turning up the radiator made the room toasty. Room 16 had working hot water and a shower that worked fine. We also got fresh towels every day, more than we really needed. It's a basic room, just as expected, in a central spot close to the nurburgring, the castle, restaurants, and go karting, about 1500m away. The drive in was fine and freshly laid, with only the last 20m or so on rough gravel. The sign at the end of the road has faded and could use refreshing so visitors know where to turn. We were very satisfied. DANKE.

It felt like home, cozy and relaxing despite being small. This little cottage is tucked off a gravel road very close to the Nurburgring. We stayed near the end of race season during Oktoberfest, when everything was wet and cold, and the place was lovely in that weather. The blankets were a little damp but smelled clean, maybe the dryer hadn't run long enough or it was the moisture in the air. There was no mold smell.
