The rooms were clean and the staff were nice, and the prices felt moderate for the city given the quality of the food. This is a family-run place, and the owner also owns the butcher shop, which is where the great homemade bratwurst comes from. The food is excellent. The pork shoulder with dumplings is a must-have. Absolutely recommended!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is simple, but fine for the price of a night's stay. The atmosphere is great and the kitchen is excellent. People come here for the great food and traditional restaurant, which really is great.

The food is good, and the owner apologized. I may order again in the future, and hope I can change my view of the service. Wishing you all the best in the New Year! Still, takeaway service has been chaotic, and you never know if or when you’ll get what you ordered. I’ve had to wait before. On Christmas Day, our dinner was 29 minutes late because the staff member simply forgot the order. He also didn’t give me a proper receipt. After I asked, I got a scrap of paper with the price, no cash register printout or signature. I didn’t want to make a scene at Christmas, but consider this my Christmas gift to you.
