This was one of my most unpleasant rental experiences, and I don’t recommend it at all. The photos on the page and hotel website showed a particular interior, but the room we got was completely different, which felt misleading. It had a persistent damp smell that wouldn’t go away. The refrigerator didn’t work, and the socket wasn’t visible, so we couldn’t check it ourselves. We paid for cleaning, yet there was a 50 euro fine threatened if we didn’t clean the kitchen. That’s absurd. Check-out times also didn’t match: Airbnb said after 11, while the room said by 10. The safe key code arrived after the agreed check-in time even though we were there, so we had to wait outside. Reviews suggest others didn’t get the code at all, so it seems to be a recurring problem. A very dubious stay, with below-average service and unclear conditions.

Kathrin was right there when I needed help. The place was extra clean, and a bike ride to the historical center took 10 minutes. It had exactly what I was looking for: a very comfortable room with a small kitchen, fridge, microwave and stove, so I could make breakfast. The coffee machine was just what I needed.

We’ve been here for five days and have already booked another two nights. Katerina is super friendly and very helpful, and Hannah the cleaner is great too. Everything we need is here, and it’s only a short walk into town. I love this place and would definitely come back. Five stars from me, with love and blessings from Scotland 🏴 💙🙏
