Check-in was quick and easy, and we enjoyed our stay in clean rooms. There’s a lot of potential here, but the details could be better: the towels were old and rough, and there were no luggage stands, so we had to live out of our carry-ons on the floor. That was awkward even with light luggage. The internet was unreliable too, dropping every few minutes, so we couldn’t work while we were there.

Everything was clean, there was plenty of hot water, and the place was very quiet since we were the only ones staying there. They served a comprehensive courtesy breakfast at a time we chose. A very nice place.

The location was great, with shops and a shopping center nearby, plus public transport that made it easy to get to the city center. The whole place looked clean and reminded me of home. The owner was generous and very nice, and the Turkish man at reception was good too and spoke German well. The cleaning staff were lovely, and the bathrooms were very, very clean, with a comfortable toilet seat. I could use the bathroom in peace. My room was spotless, warm, and had a bed like sleeping on a cloud. The price was good as well. The staff were friendly and kind, especially majd and arez, who were polite and dedicated to their work. They deserve a raise! I recommend staying here and would come back. You’re missing out if you don’t ;)

The host made us feel welcome, and the staff were very helpful. A great stay.

Why does a pension need to ask where I work, keep my ID overnight, and charge a 50 euro deposit? The service was very bad, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I drove an hour to get there, only to find there was no parking area and it smelled bad.
