The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, and we really enjoyed the three-course dinner. Service was helpful and accommodating throughout. We booked a weekend special that came with the Nürnbergcard, which was worth its weight in gold, dinner, and a luxury suite with a bath. For the price we paid, it was well worth it. The one letdown was the bed. It was two beds pushed together, and they often separated during the night. Apart from that, the hotel made for a very enjoyable weekend, especially with the Nürnbergcard and the location close to the city center. Thanks!

My room was roomy and clean, and I liked the location and the gym. Breakfast was just okay. What spoiled it for me was how impolite the people at the desk were. I didn't enjoy the stay.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, and I liked the pool. The sauna was good too, but only open from 17:00-21:00. It was far too hot in the room, and the WiFi kept being unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for comfort or for business. I paid for six comfort rooms at the same price, all supposed to include air conditioning. After talking with my team, it turned out only one of the six of us actually got it. Air conditioning shouldn’t be listed as an amenity on Google when it isn’t consistently available.

The room carpet wasn’t really clean and smelled quite bad. Unfortunately, the window needs fixing too, because there’s a lot of noise from the location right by a busy street.

The hotel was recommended by the fair I attended, and the location worked really well, near the historic centre, main train station, and subway. Breakfast came with my rate and was nicely served, with lots of different options. It has a traditional, old-fashioned feel, from the actual keys on the room doors to the patterned carpet and the shoe-cleaning machines on every floor. The service was friendly.
