The front desk made the place feel hostile. Staff were aggressive and rude, with no basic customer service manners. When I politely raised the way one person had spoken to me and pointed out how it went against normal hospitality and communication standards, the reply was, "I don't believe in universal rules, I only believe in myself." That egocentric, childish response from an adult at a hotel reception was shocking. This is a business, and guests shouldn't have to deal with people making up their own rules of conduct. The attitude ruined my stay. A front desk should be welcoming, not run by people with fragile, immature egos. Management urgently needs to retrain or replace the reception staff before they damage the hotel's reputation further. I'll never stay here again, and would urge others to look elsewhere.

The room was a decent size, though it could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was basic, with vegan options available. Being close to the train station made public transport easy. I'd recommend the hotel for its location and good conditions.

The hotel's location is ideal if you're arriving by train, and the hotel itself is nice. At first, a friendly receptionist couldn't find my reservation. A minute later, her colleague was quite arrogant and unfriendly, said my name wasn't in the system, and wanted to send me to the other Premier Inn near the airport, assuming I had come to the wrong one. I asked her to check again, and then my name suddenly appeared and I got the room I'd paid for. If I hadn't insisted, I might have missed my appointment, which was the reason I was in Nürnberg. I'm not happy with the reception.

The staff at reception were professional, helpful, and kind, making check-in and checkout go smoothly. There was no heating system in the room, but it stayed comfortably warm and cozy. They also offer half off drinks every day from 17:00 to 19:00, a nice way to unwind in the evening. I'd definitely return if I visit Nürnberg again. Highly recommend it.

The rooms were brilliant, better than in many higher-class hotels, and the staff were very good. Just don't count on parking there. It's expensive, which is understandable for the city centre, but the lot is very small and shared with other hotels. If you're driving, find a nearby backup option.
