Schloss Stülpe

We had an initial information meeting at this astonishing castle, and might choose it as our wedding venue. The owners are incredible, both professional and friendly. You can tell they put love into everything and want to make your event unforgettable. If you're planning a wedding or feast soon, you should definitely add it to your list.

Barbara & Wolfgang are wonderful hosts. They share the history of the place and its incredible development, and make sure you have a beautiful stay. It's a very special historical place to visit and experience. Thank you so much for this experience. We'll definitely come back again and again!

We had a dream wedding here, and all our guests were impressed and loved the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Rupilius, thank you so much. We’ll both remember it forever. The 16th-century castle has been wonderfully refurbished through the owning couple’s incredible creativity. There are lots of apartments, each a gem in its own right, plus a huge park where you can relax and recharge. You can also rent the entire place for events such as congresses or weddings. When setting a date, be ready to take notes. Mrs. Rupilius has built up a lot of experience and a great network over the years, and she’ll give you tons of useful information to help make your event the best it can be.

We were after something special and found it at Schloss Stülpe. It made for a romantic weekend, even with our baby daughter along. The hosts have carefully restored the 350 year old building and were informative and attentive without ever getting in the way. We treated ourselves to the maisonette with its private sauna, though there are plenty of other lovely options. We spent days enjoying the welcoming bottle of fine French wine, long brunches in the old smithy, walks in the countryside, and unlimited sauna time. There are plenty of fascinating spots to explore and relax in the house and grounds, and the surrounding countryside is ideal for cyclists, skaters, and other nature lovers.
