The online room photos don't match reality at all. The furniture was broken, the mattresses and pillows were outdated, and the reception service was poor. It also felt seriously overpriced. The hotel description clearly said dogs cost 5€, but at check-in they insisted on charging 10€. They didn't acknowledge the mistake or apologize, just charged me without explaining. The money itself isn't the issue, it's the unprofessional way they handled it.

The terrace has a breathtaking view, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, with a great bed, toiletries in the bathroom, a fridge, and a bottle of mineral water, which I always appreciate. The hotel has a cozy 1970s style. Don't expect a full English breakfast or a buffet, but what they served was more than enough for two: a boiled egg, cheese and sausages, butter and jam, juice, coffee, and delicious bread.

The room was quiet, though if you're on the second floor, mind your head. Check-in was a mess, and the woman dealing with us barely spoke English. The restaurant menu was poor, and the goulash was awful. Breakfast was extremely limited and the coffee was junk. I won't be back.

We had an enjoyable family stay. The location was wonderful, the staff were friendly, and dogs are welcome. The room may have been a little hot, though the weather was very sunny. We'll come back, highly recommended.

Good hotel, but there's no elevator, which wasn't ideal for someone with a broken knee. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, and I actually prefer that.
