Apartment An der Weinstraße

The terrace was a real favorite, with room to relax and enjoy the view. Inside, the apartment felt modern and thoughtfully laid out, with a useful kitchen, a nice bathroom with a rain shower, and one combined living and sleeping space. Parking right outside made arrivals easy, and the Wi-Fi was quick and dependable. Glorya was already sold on the place before we even went in: the makalani nut keychain decorated with giraffes made her feel welcome. The owner also came by in person and was very friendly. Only thing missing was a proper desk, though the kitchen table worked fine for Glorya and her tablet. Her rating: 11 out of 10, she'd stay again.

The garden was a big plus for us, and there was plenty of room for two adults and our two little kids in this spotless apartment. We also appreciated the local information and the drinks in the fridge, which you could buy cheaply and saved us a supermarket trip. It's a lovely place, and we'd come back.

We loved our first stay on the Southern Wine Route and are grateful that Mrs. Herzog and Mr. Tscheres donated this lovely apartment to us as flood victims from Ahrweiler. It was such a kind gesture. The apartment is roomy, clean, and contemporary, with charming decorations. The large garden has a jacuzzi, though we didn't fancy using it in January. The owners were warm and welcoming. Shops and restaurants are available, but having a car is a good idea. There's so much to do around here that one trip isn't enough. The Palatinate Card got us into Landau Zoo and Südpfalz Therme spa in Bad Bergzabern for free, among other things, and covers activities beyond museums, castles, and wine tastings. We also recommend a drive to Wissembourg in France, which is close by and well worth a day trip. Five stars for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Thanks again for your concern and generosity. We had everything we needed in this comfortable, modern apartment. The landlords were really kind and accommodating, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.
