In the middle of the night I ran into a major problem, but I could reach the hotel team by phone and they helped straight away. They were all extremely helpful and very nice, with service beyond what I expected. Thanks so much!

It’s an older-style hotel, but nice and clean. We were glad to get one of the larger rooms or apartments so all four of us, two adults and two kids, could sleep in real beds instead of on the sofa. Breakfast was okay, but I hated the coffee.

We got a great price and location during Euro 24, and breakfast was superb with lots of variety. The local beer on tap was very smooth. The sauna was unfortunately out of service, though the pool was a decent size and temperature. I’d definitely go back!

I’m really into the German countryside, and this place captures so much of what I love about it. It’s cosy and comfortable, and kept very clean. The underground pool is a must, and breakfast is always delicious. 10/10 recommend.

We stayed in one of the outbuildings rather than the hotel itself. It was clean, comfortable, private, and quiet, and breakfast was fantastic. The palace and a bus stop are within walking distance. The bus takes you to the train and grocery store, and it’s a quick train ride into the city.
