Hotel Neudeck

The hotel was spotless and nicely decorated, and the location is ideal, very close to the town center. There was plenty of storage in our room, a space at the hotel entrance for skis, and a tray in the room for shoes and wet gear. The reception area felt welcoming, with soft music in the background. The lounge was cosy too, with a bar and a few snacks at very reasonable prices. Breakfast went well beyond what I expected. There was a great choice of cereals, cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads and rolls, boiled eggs, teas, coffee, and fruit juices. You definitely won't leave hungry. Every staff member I met was incredibly friendly and helpful, and happy to chat or answer questions. My husband and I stayed for two nights in the first week of January, in an attic room we loved. It was warm and cosy with great views. We both bumped our heads on the sloped ceiling above the bed, so we just turned the pillows around and slept the other way. No problem. The bathroom amenities were perfect, everything was clean and fresh, there was plenty of toilet paper, and the towels were fluffy and soft. We'd definitely stay again, and hope to return later this year. Highly recommend it. Thanks for a lovely stay ☺️.

This little family-run hotel was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. Our room was small but clean and practical. It's a five-to-ten-minute walk to the town center. We'll definitely be back in spring.

I liked the lounge, with its tasteful decor, fireplace, and self-service fridge at fair prices. The tally sheet system worked on trust, which I appreciated. Breakfast was very good, and the evening sauna was refreshing, especially being able to step straight out into the snow afterward. All in all, a wonderful stay. We'd definitely return. Thank you.

Mario at reception always has great tips and makes the place feel so welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, with a fantastic breakfast and a lovely sauna area. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
