We were very satisfied with our three-night stay and would gladly come back. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, and was excellent value for money. Beds and the sofa bed were very comfortable. It had a toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, and more. The apartment manager was very friendly. Parking was right in front, and there was a bus stop nearby. Dogs aren't allowed, and a balcony would have been the icing on the cake. The building, "Kornauer Stuben," has several vacation apartments, including "Almsternchen 3." The TV in the bedroom didn't work because the necessary cables were missing. There was another TV in the dining area, and since we were only there for three nights, it didn't bother us. If we'd stayed longer, we would have mentioned it.

The apartment was well equipped, and Mr. Pelzer said we could get in touch anytime if we needed something. He also welcomed us warmly, handed over the keys and the Allgäu-Walser Card, which gives free access to the nearby cable cars, and shared a few tips. My mother and I had booked at Almsternchen for an Alps trip. The location was great, and the only minor bother was the rather short bed, though that was probably due to the space. We'd stay again if we're in Obertsdorf.

Good location, but Almsternchen 2 was dirty and felt quite run-down. The bed linen was torn, the blinds were broken, and it seemed like a thorough clean hadn't been done for a long time. What a shame.

The place is lovely, and the service was simply superb. The apartment is furnished beautifully, with lots of little details, and check-in and check-out were easy. We felt completely relaxed and will come back.
